Breach of Policy

This document is designed as a guide to actions which Gybol Ltd may take in the event of a breach to any of our policies, terms or conditions of service.

Reporting a breach

Any breaches to any of our policies, terms or conditions of service should be reported to our Customer Services via email at cs@gybol.com.  As much information as possible should be included to detail and provide evidience of the breach, this should include where possible things like email headers.

Gybol Ltd will investigate every report of breaches but regret that it is not always possible to respond to each and every report.

Following a breach
 

All breaches will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Gybol may take any action is considers to be appropriate up to and including closure of the customers account. 

Following suspension of a customers account, the customer may apply in writing for the services to be reinstated. The customer must declare that they will not undertake to further breach any policies. 

Gybol may at its discretion choose not to accept reinstatement and may terminate the account.

In the event of account suspension or termination, no refunds or part credits shall be made and no compensation will be paid for any outages or any losses the customer may incurr as a result.

Gybol Ltd may, as appropriate, seek compensation or damages from the customer for any losses incurred as a result breaches to our policies.

Gybol reserves the right to modify or amend any policy at any time without notice.  It is the customers respsonsibilty to be aware of these policies and to ensure they are adhered to at all times.
