The customer must take all necessary steps to ensure the servers security and stability at all times - this includes prohibiting third parties from using the server for any open useage such as mail relay.
The customer must not use or allow the server or its resources to be used for any purpose which violates any UK law or any law in the home country of the customer.
The customer remains responsible at all times for all services offered by the server, including all content - published or otherwise - which is contained on the server.
Customers must not use or install any script or executable which meets any of the following categories:
- those which attempt to view or analyse our servers, security or network resources.
- those which attempt to circumnavigate any security or restrictions placed on the server by Gybol Ltd.
- those which consume large amounts of resources belonging to Gybol Ltd, this includes but may not be limited to network resources (ie, bandwidth).
- those which use any resources belonging to Gybol Ltd, for which the customer has not been authorised to use
Gybol Ltd may at its descretion and without notice run manual or automatic systsems to ensure compliance with this policy. By using the Gybol network, you are deemed to have accepted this policy and granted persmission for such action.
In the event of any investigation by Gybol Ltd, the customer is expected at all times to comply with any requests and to aid in any investigation in all means possible.
Gybol Ltd relies on partnerships with other network operators and traffic to and from your server may use network resources from these partners. The customer is expected to comply with the Acceptable Use Policies of these partners.
