Acceptable use of email

This policy is not extensive and we reserve the right to take any necessary steps to protect the stability and security of our system and also to protect the goodwill and reputation of Gybol Ltd.

The customer may not use any of Gybol's email services for any of the following:

• initiating or propagating 'chain' email or 'pyramid' emails
• sending bulk emails or unsolicited emails
• using their email account for the purpose of accepting response to a bulk or mass mailing.

The customer must not email a person after that person has specifically requested that you do not contact them. All automated systems are included in this.

The customer may not modify or attempt to disguise any headers or information that would hide the true source of any email. It is the customer responsibility to ensure that a correct "From:" address is supplied in every email.

Breaches of this policy will be dealt with by Gybol Ltd according to the guidelines under "Breach of Policy". 

Notifications of abuse of this policy can be notified to our Customer Services via email at cs@gybol.com.  We investigate all reports of abuse but regret that it is not always possible to reply to each individual case.
