The customer is restricted to the amount of web space allocated which depends on the account type and agreements in place. It is the customers responsibility at all times to ensure that this usage limit is adhered to.
The customer is not permitted to use any server-side cgi scripts or other executables except those provided by Gybol or scripts or executables that are inline with the customers hosting package.
Customers must not use or install any script or executable which meets any of the following categories:
- those which attempt to view or analyse our servers, security or network resources.
- those which attempt to circumnavigate any security or restrictions
- those which consume large amounts of resources
- those which use any server resources for which the customer has not been authorised to use
The customer must not disclose any passwords or account information to any third party
The customer is responsible for keeping backups of all their own data. Gybol will not be responsible at any time for any loss of customer’s data for any reason.
The customer is responsible for and will be held responsible for the contents of any website, including but not limited to any defamatory, confidential, secret or other information. All content must adhere to all laws and any laws in the home country of the customer.
