Can I have my email on my desktop, phone or tablet?

Yes, but only on one device at a time. Mail Lite uses the POP3 protocol which is supported by most email clients.
Can I have my email on multiple devices?

No. Mail Lite uses POP3 which isn’t suitable for synchronising email across devices. If you need your email to work on more than one device then you can upgrade to one of our Email Packages at any time.
What is POP3?

Post Office Protocol v3 (POP3) is a specification allowing your email client to talk to our mail servers. It only allows connections from a single device.
What if I need more space?

You can upgrade your Mail Lite account at any time to get more space or enable more features.
